Medical Examination for Immigration and Form I-693
We offer specialized services for conducting the medical examination required for the status adjustment process and green card application in the United States.
This examination is a crucial requirement to ensure that applicants meet the necessary public health standards for admissibility.
For this, it is necessary to complete and submit USCIS Form I-693 (Medical Examination Report and Vaccination Record).
This form must be filled out by medical personnel authorized by USCIS, such as those available in our clinic. Once completed and sealed by the doctor, the applicant should not open it.
